NGEN Private Wealth Management is an advisory practice that services high net worth individuals and families. It offers an integrated financial planning and investment management service that takes into account the importance of preserving, growing and transferring wealth.
Our intention is to build very long-term relationships with our clients and being their financial partner in life’s journey. We start off with a comprehensive analysis of a client’s financial objectives, constraints and preferences. Investment, protection, inheritance and other financial strategies are designed in a bespoke manner keeping in mind client preferences and the fact that aspirations and objectives evolve over time.
Investment solutions typically form the core of our offering. Because of our experience in serving institutional clients we are able to apply advanced techniques that are typically employed by very large asset allocators. Alongside collectives we can offer bespoke equity and multi-asset class portfolios as well as private equity solutions.
We are an independent fiduciary that will always act in our clients’ best interest. Our sole objective is to preserve, grow and when the time comes manage transition of our clients’ wealth.
Our investment process is long-term and allows advisory as well as discretionary solutions depending on how active a role a client wants to play. Our investment solutions would typically involve a diversified multi-asset class core portfolio that focusses on preserving and growing wealth based on a client’s risk appetite and capacity for loss. One or more satellite portfolios can provide exposure to medium and long term themes without modifying the allocations in the core portfolios. Regular rebalancing combined with ex-ante risk management and ex-post risk attribution ensures that client portfolios are in line with individual client mandates.
We can help our clients plan for their retirement as well as leave a lasting legacy. The UK market has an extensive range of pension and non-pension products which can be utilised in retirement planning. We advise not only as to the most appropriate solutions for client needs but also how they should be structured to mitigate tax and maximise retirement income. We also help clients assess the level of tax attached to their estates and provide detailed planning to help mitigate the potential tax liability.
Our financial planning services include protection solutions that offer security to clients and their families. Life insurance, critical illness cover and income protection insurance are considered as part of protection planning. For business owners, business protection insurance policies such as key personnel protection and share protection are also considered.
